This is the worst experience I had with Shangrila ...

This is the worst experience I had with Shangrila EDSA, the staff specially the valet parking staff are not helpful, not prepare and don't have contingency plan, when guest come in volume. I check it at 12 nn, December 24, 2019, then staff at the check in area would not even great guest good day or good morning, then will just point us where to go and to fall in line. Then after I check in, I went out to have dinner with outside with friends, when I went back at 8 or 9 p.m. the valet staff said to me that the parking is full and instruct me to park my car at the mall. They did not even offered to help and just told me that I park at the mall, and then transfer my car after 12 midnight which is of course so disappointing, because I check in so that I can stay and rest, so that I can avoid the noice from fireworks at home. But this made me stayed up late night so that I can transfer my car after 12. Then when I about transfer my car at past 1 a.m. I ask to concierge if there are any available parking already, then they said that the parking is still full,. At this time, Im so annoyed and insist that they should be the one that should find a space where to park the car, because im so tired and I want to rest.
