Can I leave zero starts? I tried but have to leave one to enable me to post....

Terrible service. Showed up at the incorrect time to give an estimate, so I wasn't home and didn't get a quote. I decided to go ahead even after that experience only to be schedule a week ahead of time and for them to no show me and not call to give me a heads up.

Scheduled "first call" 8-9, 10am I call and they told me that the tech wasn't going to be there until mid day. These folks are either (A) Completely disorganized, or (B) Have zero respect for my time. Either way its a terrible way to do business.

Unfortunately it seems to be the South Florida way of doing things. As I indicated on the phone when I called them, "if I treated my clients like that, I wouldn't have any left". Do yourself a favor and find a company thats more organized and has respect for your time.

I'm the CEO of a tech company in Fort Lauderdale and to get an entire day away from my office with a ton of folks reporting to me is tough, and these guys completely disrespected my time.
