The pool areas are clean and well maintained. They have a huge slide which is super fun to slide down. I really enjoyed the morning sunrise when nobody else was awake and walking around. Everything ws relaxing and felt empty, probably due to less travel due to Covid-19. The front desk guy with the tattoo who helped us with holding our luggage was super friendly and nice. We appreciated the accommodation for later checkout. Only complaint was the fact the bathroom had a bunch of someone else's hair in the shower, so I had to clean up after that... it was late when we checked in and I didn't want to wait for a long time because we had already waited for over an hr, with 2 trips down to the center stage bar just to get water glasses.
