My response to the satisfaction text: No I'm not happy I feel robbed.. I feel like after y'all make the sale you don't care about the customers. I was getting constant messages and phone calls when I was looking to purchase the car but after I purchased the car everybody busy and all I here is a bunch of I'm sorry and send me back and forth through dealerships . I've had my car just 3 weeks and I've already spent 4 days in a dealership with issues about this car. The issues are minor yet I shouldn't have to take off from work or spend countless hours in a service department when I just purchased the car . 2 different issues in a week time frame. it's has rained in my car but nobody cares it minor and my warranty will cover it .. but no one understands my frustration . No I'm not satisfied. There customer service is great until you purchase a lemon . I say go to a real dealership!
