Online check in is a waste of time - I chose to do this due to having a limited amount of time and then found myself having to wait as the person who had my job sheet was busy

On collecting my car I discovered I had been sold a lower Service Plan than required and the staff member promised to ring me on Monday to resolve this but no call was made
