Hello. Today I dropped off my car to mayfield for the first time and wow this has been the worst experience I have ever had worse car service. Before I came in I called to make sure i could get the shuttle. First off i was told the shuttle could take me home then was told it could not. I then got dropped off half way and walked at 9 months pregnant this was hard. Then I received a call my car was done. I asked if you would be open around 6:30 I was told yes I could come and pick up my car. As I waited for a cab i looked online and it said you where closing. I called to see if they would be willing to wait 10 min for me to pick up the car. The one man they transferred me to yelled at me and said the should never have even transferred me to him. He then hung up on me. I called again and your receptionist said that there was nothing she could do. I asked if I could pay to day over the phone and pick up my car tomorrow (for religious reasons I do not pay for labor on Saturdays). She said yes but then said the service department never transferred my receipt. Even though they called me to come pick up my car and new I was coming. I now have no car till Monday... I have no car and am due any day now and I was told i must now wait till monday which changes our weekend travel plans as well. Not only did the staff not try to go above and beyond but they all had a bad attitude on the phone. I honestly never complain about services and I did not raise my voice. This is truly a horrible experience and I hope for more then just a word apology. If i go into labor things will be so much worse now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I will be going back to the Toyota scion on Calgary trail.
