Nevee been to the bay area, so I really didn't know where I should stay for a business trip. The hotel was a "preferred" place to stay through my company, which usually turn out pretty nice. That wasn't the case this time around. Other than the staff being friendly, I really don't have much positive things to say. When you arrive, there aren't any signs designating where to go to get to the lobby to check in. So after driving around the building, I decided to just park and ask someone... Then after checking in, I had to load my luggage back in the car, because the complex is huge and I had to drive to the other side of the place to get to my room... Now I can't speak for all of the rooms. Maybe they do have some that are updated, but mine looked like it came out of the 70s. Very very very outdated... I would expect more for the price I'm paying for a hotel. Then after the first night, I woke up extra early to go to the gym down the street. When I got back to the hotel my room keys wouldn't work. I then had to drive to the front desk to get new keys made, which caused me to be late to a morning meeting with the team I was flying into to meet.
