In this morning, the experience of service department with Justin, service guy, he changes my attitude of Acura as great company into bottom one and even worst. The way he talked to me likes service is fee oriented and no service. His attitude like question you and is very impolite. I don't feel that he respects customer. If you consider to purchase car in Acura of Fremont, please be caution to purchase new car which has some hidden problem later and their lower class service will be considered too.
