We were in this clinic,on 7/6/18 to see a doctor,but before we see a doctor,we had to to go to the finicial adivisors(health indurance)so i approached one of the billing department employee (a man) to ask information,but he didnt even ask me what i wanted or tried to help me(he was sitting behind his desk listining music)tired of standi g infront of him,i want to the lady in the finincial deparment fron desk,she told me to write my name sit and wait to be called,sitting in the lobby,the first guy in one of the rooms,told me to go to the next room,he was not doing nothing but listining music,as i went to the next room,the spanish lady was serving two customers and she informed me to go back to the first,room where the guy was bussy listing his music.finnally i was helped by one of the spanish girls,for the dude i dont know who hired him to perform customer service,he is totally a jerk.fire him.
