My father hospitalized with coronary artery had severe cerebral hemorrhage. From vicenza while traveling the highway to get information saw what happened I tried dozens of times to get in touch with the switchboard that after several minutes of waiting did not answer or the line fell. Is it possible that someone is not responding to urgent information? It was dramatic..I think I only managed to talk to someone after 1 hour of trying.
