The sales team at Academy Ford provided efficient and professional service to me, and found the right vehicle and payment options to meet my needs. No pushy salesmen here. Thanks Academy Ford.

HOWEVER, service after the sale is poor at best. 2 weeks to schedule an appointment, then when I take it in, their computer is down and they can t DO anything. Do they call me to let me know? No! They wait until I call them for status, then they tell me. BUT they say the system will be up in the morning so I leave it an extra day. Then they call me at noon to say their system is still down. 2 days without my $70k vehicle, and nothing is done. Pitiful! Poor communication and poor service = shop elsewhere.
