A nice hotel, super position lovely food and restaurant staff, reception and management very poor,very rude to us when challenged on allotted room, We were not given the room that we had booked, because of your overbooking policy, recieved the correct room late on our second day, some clients were sent to your sister hotel due to this, We are well traveled and appreciate good quality hotels.
