5 stars to the service department at Honda of Serramonte, especially Bobbie Santos (April 2020)
I used the valet service where the car is picked up and returned to you when finished. The entire process was painless and had a very positive experience. Bobbie called prior to picking up the car to go over the details of what services and repairs I wanted. He explained the process and texted me the different options and pricing estimates. While still on the phone I was able to review and ask questions. They even had service coupons that were applied to the estimates. I never felt rushed at all.
Once I approved my service option via text, the car was picked up within 30 minutes. Bobbie kept in close contact providing me a status through out the day via text. When the service was completed, Bobbie called to go over the findings, etc. The final cost was no surprise; pretty close to the estimate. Payment was handled over the phone my another friendly staff member who called after Bobbie and I spoke. Soon after the car was back on its way home. They called just prior to their arrival. The car was returned clean and shiny with all of the service and repairs done to my satisfaction.

Previous experience below in 2019
Entire process from making the service appointment on-line to picking up the car from the service advisor was very positive. Even the free shuttle to and from was good (very clean ride). Only minus was having to wait in your car when you first arrive for somebody to check you in; waited about 6 minutes before anybody came out. Was not sure if they knew we were outside waiting.
