I am selling my car and needed service records from Honda Redwood City and Honda of Serramonte. Honda Redwood City sent the records to me by email 5 minutes after my call with their receptionist, Kaitlyn, a very kind and smart lady. I was positively surprised by their excellent customer support.
When I asked for the same at Honda of Serramonte, the lady who answered my call brought all type of excuses for not helping me. She first said there is no way to email the records and then said she is alone there and has no time and will call me back. When I called again after I didn t get any call back for couple of hours, and offered to go by and get the printed records, she said there is no way to print the records!!!!! I think she didn t even know how to use the computer. I asked her to transfer me to her manager and there I left a message on the voice mail but nobody got back to me. Absolute ignorance...I am totally disappointed. This is a terrible customer experience!
