They treat the kids like delinquents when they are kids with no home ....staff makes up rules as they go along based off there personal discretion and contrary to dhs placements and ..they deny the childrens right to call there attorney and fail for days to inform child of calls from parents sorry but im questioning the validity of education and degrees of certain staff
