I am currently about a year into the management and training program and I have to say this has been one of the best experiences in my life! I have grown so much as an individual and have had so many great experiences. Just like any where else of course there are ups and downs, personally I work a lot so that I can build myself and my future. Highly recommend if you don t mind putting in the work to get what you want out of it!
