Had a deadline fast approaching as the director of a Visual FX Studio, and my main workstation started throwing serious fits. Wasted a week trying to pinpoint the problem to no avail. I brought it in to this shop and despite my PC having over $25,000-worth of the latest hardware, Steve and Crystal displayed they were incredibly knowledgeable and read-up on the latest technology, but (surprisingly) lacked the condescending tone that their less-informed competition down the street always seemed to have with me in the past. They told me they were confident that they could diagnose and fix the problem in a day. I went home and received a call just 2 hours later, they had my workstation up and running like it never has been before. Not only did I meet our deadline, my workflow dramatically improved as a result of bringing it there. If you want something done the right way the first time - bring it there. Could not recommend them enough, they know what they are doing and couldn't be friendlier.
