Oct 16, ,they called me back right away like 1 second after I submitted online quote. The guy directed me to their best sale lady. Well, she cannot even find my house in Lehi, says google map shows farmer land. Not sure what kind of lame system they were using. I have to screenshot my iPhones google map and share with the lady. That s how I have a number to text with. And she had to check with their design team.
Later that day, I texted her to follow up. No response at all.
Oct 28, after 12 days in total, she did text back today.
She: I have a design for your home. Do you have a few minutes to speak?
Me: Thanks. Not interested anymore.
She: ok no problem. is there a reason you changed your mind?

Really?! If this lady is one of their top resource, I definitely won t bother to do any business with them.
