realy sucks.. Titto (says he is the manager at dollar LAX) was the most dis-respectful person i have ever met!! he treeted me and my family like garbage after asking him for help with our rental car- that wasnt the car we orderd.
as a lawyer, and as a CEO in a big firm- that rent cars about at least 80 times a year (worldwide), i can assure that not my company and not our cliients or families will get near to the dollar rent a car. just because that guy Titto.
