i would give them negative review if i could. The guy came last Friday after 45 minutes of his scheduled time then just took few pictures and was not interested listening about the upgrades i had in the house. seems like he was rushing after being late for 45 minutes. however i bought the house for 356K in Feb . since then price was up as we had lot of developments. some of my neighbor sold their house for way over 400K recently. i had a cash offer of 380k plus. But i bought this brand new house to live so i decided to refinance (since my interest is high) but seems like this appraisal company is going to mess up the refinance process. they estimated my house for 345K which is really unrealistic. i spent hell lot of money on all energy efficient appliance and the appraisal guy put no there. lot of mistakes and at the end avoid them .
