Received a recall on my Durango and it's been a year and a half, still havent got the parts needed for the airbag. Got a call from this dealer (westhill) twice in May 2015 and Nov 2015 and it was for a different car and different person. I kept calm and respectfull but I dont think safety is part of their customer service. Worst experience. Worse customer service.
