The rent increase is ridiculous, people are just trying to live? During a pandemic, my income was effected when covid started..I told management my situation I still got eviction notices all over my door and I've never been behind before...when I moved to southaven about 7 years ago rent was about $590 to $615, for the exact same apartments rent has gone up to $800+mandatory rental insurance, ($1700 for month to month option)ROACHES have taken over my building the pest control does nothing, old pipes need to be replaced, sometimes I get brownish water, I stopped drinking from the tap awhile back. Faulty outlets and breakers, I've been without power a few times in the last few months, old ac units that they just patch up when it breaks, Foxhaven needs a complete renovation, especially for how expensive it is now. Currently moving out, who wants to live with roaches? Mold is growing behind the wall where my hot waterheater is located, I noticed it after I moved in and told them about it but they didn't do anything about it because they don't care. Very insensitive and unprofessional properties, shameful borderline slum lords.
