Niceness doesn't make up for poor communication, excessive pricing ,shabby execution or straight up misleading your customer. Offering a " deal" to correct what is fairly transparently a fault in the original service is insulting, not good customer care. Especially when the " deal" is the up front price given for the same service by Les Schwab. In this case, tire pressure sensors being quoted at nearly twice the price and the deal being basically the same as the competition full price...and the sensors mysteriously broke the day after tire replacement by Toyota service.
Yes, super nice folks.
But be prepared to be ripped off.
