Attend a conference. Disappointed in the lunch. Layout of buffet meant a 10 minute wait to get to the table. Buffet selections kept running out. How hard is it to keep a salad bowl filled? They ran out or could not refill fast enough a number of the hit items. The half a potato nugget I did manage to scrap out of the pan was tasty. Very disappointed in the buffet lunch. I do not know if this was the conference committee put restraints on the hotel, the hotel or a combination of both.
