I made a purchase from Jakemart Corporation. As soon as the package arrived, it was immediately apparent to me that I needed to return the items. Using the information on the packing slip, I have been trying to contact the company (by text/e-mail/telephone) to discuss my purchase. I have left two voicemails, written two texts and one e-mail. I have not received a response from the company although their voicemail message says that you will receive a return call within 24 hours. I am glad that I used a major credit card to make the purchase because MasterCard will reimburse the purchase amount to me and deal with Jakemart.
