Weinstein Properties is a family owned company that is dedicated to promoting from within and truly fosters an environment of employee engagement, development, and growth. There are amazing resources to train & develop talent, on the leasing office side as well as the maintenance side. I have worked for the company for 10 years and started out as a leasing consultant with no previous property management experience. I had great managers and leaders who gave me the guidance, support, and feedback that I needed along the way to excel. I was fortunate enough to serve in many different roles - onsite, in the corporate office, and now on a regional level. I feel very grateful and I can now have a hand in developing employees and could tell countless stories of grounds employees who are now EPA certified maintenance technicians, maintenance technicians who are now maintenance supervisors, leasing consultants who are now property managers, and on and on!
