I placed a next day order for a high end PGU and a few other pieces. The order was confirmed and paid for before 4pm (which is in time for them to dispatch that day and deliver next day). The end of the day comes and they didn't dispatch it. Their customer chat remained closed during business hours in the next day, and the item still wasn't dispatched at 2pm. I eventually called them up to confirm that the item still wasn't dispatched almost 24 hours later, and cancelled and refunded my order.
I understand that its a VERY busy time of year for companies like this, but if demand exceeds the companies ability to send an item same-day and delivery next-day, then don't offer it as an option, as people rely on it.
