The staff were nice to me but a nurse violated HIP...

The staff were nice to me but a nurse violated HIPPA by looking up my employer and notifying other staff. My biggest complaint is I was grossly overcharged for a procedure and there's nothing they will do about it. I was charged over $10k more than Aetna or Google suggested was the absolute worst case scenario. I should have been charged 1/3 what they charged and this is area is far from the cost of living of San Francisco.
