I'm getting very frustrated trying to order online...

I'm getting very frustrated trying to order online...there seems to be technical issues that won't let me get past declining to pay for retouching. Perhaps they want me to pay the extra $$ for retouching? Not impressed at all with online ordering and that seems to be the only option since we were 'handpicked to be part of the exciting initiative for ordering on line'. Perhaps they need to make sure it works first! I guess I'll have to see if I can call tomorrow during their customer service hours - although judging by other comments...that takes awhile to talk to someone! UGHHHH!!!!
