The receptionist had no customer service skills an...

The receptionist had no customer service skills and seemed bothered by us. I am a diamond member and asked for water and my breakfast vouchers, the receptionist told me they were in my room which they were not. The rooms were antiquated and the carpets were stained. The beds did not have fitted sheets and also had old AC units. Positives: The hotel is close to the airport with shuttles to and from. The shuttle drivers were really nice and super accommodating
