My wife and I went up to Baxter to look at a Honda Pilot we seen online. When we pulled up and walked to the door Loyal Beecher aka Jr. greeted us at the door. He was very friendly and asked us if he can be of service. We told him what we were looking for and he knew right away which vehicle we wanted to look at. He sat us down and got to know us and ask what we were comfortable paying each month. Loyal was very knowledgeable and answer every question we had for him. Needless to say we end up buying the Pilot and got some sweet upgrades to the vehicle. Sandee Asher the Aftermarket manager was very nice and helpful too. I can't remember the finance guy it started with a J I think but he was great too. I'm definitely going to recommend Loyal and the Baxter team to my family and friends thanks again for making my wife and me first major car purchase experience a success.
