Tonight my boyfriend and I went here for dinner, his first time going to The Big Ten. After the poor service he received, we ll never go there again even though it s only 3 miles from my house. It took 20 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order then another 20 minutes after getting drinks to have our food order taken. When the food came 30 minutes later I was very pleased with my food but my boyfriend didn t even get what he ordered, not even close to what he ordered. When he said something the waitress replied, Well this is what you re gonna get and left. No apology, no offer to correct the order, or offer to take it off the bill!! NOTHING! This isn t what you ordered but this is what you re gonna get.....and no return to check how things are, if we need refills, or anything. That s it!!
I ve been here before and the service was OK but never as bad as it was tonight!!
