I started out securing a 2015 Trailhawk 2 weeks ago. This was a vehicle in transit. Due to arrive the last weekend of November. I live almost 3 hours away, so every thing was done by phone, email and texts. I gave a $500 deposit over the phone to ensure this was mine. Financing was locked in. I had been searching high and low for weeks. So I suspended my search when I was told, "this is mine" by the dealer. Well the day it came in on the truck, the dealership sold it to some one else. They did offer to order one from the factory for me. I already waited 2 weeks, now they want me to wait another 8. They tried to compensate me with money off, but what is the net worth of ones lost time and frustration. I have all the emails and texts to back this story as well. So, this is my beyond frustration story. Needless to say, I am going some where else to buy.
