I am a 1st time home buyer and have been wanting to buy a house a long time ago but has been so scared with the process. When i applied for a loan Jonathan Langer called and explained to me everything and what to expect. He walked me through the process from day 1 to closing. He would call me and give me a heads-up if another person is continuing the process. He'll send me a text or call if there is papers that needs review or signature. He even talked to my agent about my financial status regarding closing cost. I wouldn't have done it without his help and with the assistance of Sheila Nawabi. It has been a very smooth process.
