This business gets very high ratings but your mileage may vary. Mine did. I made 4 trips to this store because, despite clearly explaining my needs, the first two futons had to be returned because what they sold me failed to match those needs. The first was hard as a rock. And the second was much too stiff to bend as I clearly explained was mandatory. It was at this point that they said I couldn't return the third one. As though it was my fault that they sold me futons that couldn't hope to do the job. Unfortunately I didn't find out the 3rd one wasn't actually a full size until I laid it on top of the frame I built a few weeks after my purchase. So now I'm going to have to use foam padding to fill it out so I'm not able to recommend this supplier. Again, ymmv.
