I purchased my townhome two years ago and phoned a dry foam carpet cleaning company to clean my basement. The results were lack luster and they didn't attempt to clean my basement stairs. I was disappointed to say the least. I phoned Ecosuds one week ago to see if they could try and remove the stains in my carpet in the basement. After testing their products, Nikki said she could get the stains out but that I shouldn't expect the carpet to look brand new. However, the results blew my Husband and my expectations right out of the water. The carpet in our minds basically looks brand new. We were contemplating removing our carpet before phoning them but replacing them wasn't in our budget for now. I am glad we didn't remove them and that we phoned. They were professional, courteous, and they deliver a great service. I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use their service yearly!! Thanks again :)
