Called Shavitz for the first time as I was not confident in the service level being provided by my previous HVAC company who was unable to properly diagnose the problem on 3 previous visits. Our furnace was not working properly on a day with the high temp less than 20 degrees. Cornelius arrived early and was able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes. He explained what he diagnosed and other tests he performed after fixing the problem. He was very engaging and professional; his professionalism and straight forward manner provided the level of competence we were seeking. Very good experience.
