Just bought a used car here. I love the vehicle, I got a good deal and they did a thorough safety and cleaned the car up nicely as expected. However, my experience trying to pick up my car was horrible. The salesperson I had, Fadi, stopped paying attention to emails after I put down a deposit so didn t see when I requested new plates instead of a transfer. They went ahead and transferred my plates in the wrong name (even though the financial adviser Sam said they were getting me new plates days earlier) so when I arrived, I had to wait for it to be fixed. They told me it would only be half an hour and I ended up waited for 2 HOURS with no updates at all. None of my calls were answered and Sam didn t pick up my calls until the car was actually ready, and even then, he took another half an hour to come get me to organize payment. Fadi didn t even contact me until I already had picked up the car. Just very disorganized and unprofessional, it felt like I was only constantly being contacted and updated until I put a deposit down, after that they didn t care because they had the sale. I wouldn t have been so upset if they had just told me the truth about how long it would be. I also overheard someone else s pickup being messed up. Wouldn t buy a car here again. They apologized only to ask me to remove my 1 star review.
