Jim Kelly did a great job getting us refinanced. He explained our options and was very knowledgeable. We lowered our interest by over 2.5 points and reduced our term from approximately 26 years remaining to 15 years. Jim's communication was great and he worked very hard to get the refi pushed through quickly. We couldn't have had a better experience.
