We sent our son to New Method Wellness this past January. He was in a very bad place. From the beginning, New Method Wellness helped us navigate a very difficult and trying set of circumstances. The staff were incredibly responsive, educated us on the process and within a few days had our son in their program. They worked with our insurance company to help offset some of the costs. They worked with us to understand how the process would work. They helped us set up travel from the Midwest to their Orange County facility. They literally saved his life and gave us ( his family ) hope. New Method Wellness personnel are the best in the industry. The facilities are incredible and the multi-step process they use is ideal. They treated his mental and physical health with equal vigor. At the conclusion of the program, the family visit exceeded our expectations. We went through a very difficult process but the result was game changing. Since our son completed the program, the staff remain dedicated to helping us navigate his future. They have been terrific with follow up questions and assistance. If you are looking for a world class rehabilitation program, New Method Wellness is the one.
