Time share owner for last 10 years. Buildings need updating They have switched out TV'S . Daily house keeping is provided;however routine maintenance needs to improve Ex. heating/ air conditioner vents need cleaning. Brought bug spray with us had spiders. Cabinets need to be repainted or replaced due to use. Old paint showing thru, carpet edging frayed between hall and master bedroom. I had brought these items to their attention last year . Dining room table and chairs have been replaced. Full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher everything worked. Investment in decor is needed bedspreads lamps, drapes. Good stuff Shuttle service, daily housekeeping. Activities with Doc Holiday from bingo to trivia to turtle racing and walks --Great
