I update this post at least one a month! Stay somewhere else, until I can say it's been dealt with. Have you been taken advantage of by this hotel? Let me know.

Stayed three nights, paid for package including valet and had gas cards stolen out of our vehicle. Not one manager wanted to come out and give their name, nor did any of the customer service desk agents. The valet manager refused to meet me and told the young valet to offer us a later checkout. Called Hilton Corporate several time without response from the hotel manager or general manager. One person called and said they'd look into it, that's been a month. Although the hotel has great views, this is one place you can't trust and it cost me over $850. Thank Hilton, never again!

Update 9/4/18: Still haven't received a call or apology. Thank goodness for social media. If I were you, I'd chose another hotel.

Update 10/4/18: Still no communication. I guess they just support thievery and ownership looks the other way. If anyone reads this, look for another hotel, especially if you value your personal belongings. So many better places to stay for the money.

Updste 11/4/18: Still no communication from the General Manager or anyone affiliated with this hotel. My advice is to stay away from this hotel until I get an answer on why they feel the need to steal from guests and not communicate. I'll be escalating to Hilton Corporate to make sure they understand a hotel can't treat people the way they do here.

12/4/18 : As we end the year there still has been no resolution or response as the owner commented there would. Again I'll keep up posting as to any communication with this hotel. If you do decide to stay at this hotel, it's strongly urged that you NOT use the valet services. This is the services that stole from us and never responded. The last we heard from Hilton "We'll check our security footage and be in touch" that was four months ago. This year we'll be reopening the case with Hilton corporate and get to the bottom of the case with this hotel.

1/17/19: Happy New Year! Still no response from anyone at the hotel or Hilton regarding our situation. As you remember from my previous posts, the head of security was going to review the video and call me immediately . This tells me they know what happened and refuse to acknowledge it. Until I hear further, stay away from this hotel if you value your personal items and if you appreciate customer service.

2/15/19 Finally emailed Hilton Corporate Office and immediately received phone calls. Found out Valet is outsourced. I don't want to put that person's name here because he's new to that position, but still no investigation. Farak (Name probably not spelled correctly) left a message offering a free suite upgrade to another stay, you're kidding right?

He said 'I hope this will be a diplomatic solution". Of course I called him back a few times now and still nothing. FYI Farak, I don't want your "free upgrade". I'll keep updating this review until a meaningful resolution is reached. It's really ashame that a Hilton location treats a longtime member like this. Until further notice, continue to stay away from this location no matter how nice the views are.
