My wife and I recently purchased a used 2016 Cadillac SRX from Spradley Barr in Greeley. We worked with Matt Koponen on the purchase. About a week after we drove it home we noticed that there was hail damage on the roof and the hood that we hadn't seen when we purchased it. We called Matt and his immediate response was "We will take care of it." He did just that. He had Ultimate Dent Removal do the repairs. Their service and quality of work was very good. Now you cannot see any hail damage.
We will definitely go back to Spradley Barr when we are looking for another vehicle.
