Went to this dealership with the hopes of having a closer step to my dream car, White Lexus IS 250. I was called 3 days before mt appointment by a Agent name Chili & I asked if they had the vehicle still in stock and he replied with a " yes". I received a confirmation call on the day of my appointment & asked again, and received the same response. I got to the dealership, and an individual by the name of Gary assisted me and I told him that I had an appointment to view a Lexus IS 250, he nodded his head and took me to an ES 350, which was the wrong car. After 5 Mins of walking around looking for the car, Mr Gary left me and went to assist some else. Went to receptionist, signed in, and A fellow by name of Oscar assisted me. He took my information and went to go see if they had the vehicle & before he left he stated " sometimes we have vehicles on the website but not in the store.", He came back 3 mins and stated they no longer had the vehicle in stock but had a black lexus is250 and bmws & suvs. Def felt like they knew vehicle was NO Longer available and used me to get another vehicle. THE WORSE.
