They have a very tunnel vision approach to customer service when addresses are concerned and their processes and don't look outside the box. I also selected unpacking on the website and didn't get anything on the invoice. Had I not cancelled my order I would have had to follow this up, and stay in queue for more than half an hour on their phone line.
Horrible services.
