October 2019 - Just had furnace maintenance visit with Daniel Pisano and was very impressed with the service and with Daniel. He explained everything he was doing in a straightforward manner, without using so many technical terms it would be hard to follow. He was prompt to arrive at the beginning of the 2 hour window and completed what looked like a very thorough service routine in around an hour. It was all good news for me! Daniel also showed me the main air filter I didn't know I had and suggested I remove a superfluous air filter in the ducting. Can't wait for my fireplace service in a couple weeks.
