I have never had the pleasure of tasting one of Carol s cakes (it s on my bucket list) but I do have a Sharp Edge Smoother. It s AMAZING. Sharp cake edges in a matter of minutes, and I LOVE it. Highly recommend it if you want to save hours trying to get the perfect finish. FIVE STARS - thanks Carol.
