We just spent a few days last week at The Mac for a trade show. I've stayed a number of times before and I'm running out of superlatives to describe the experience. The staff are fantastic and I'm certain that's what makes the difference. Manny on arrival, Sydney and Janelle on the front desk, Michele and Michelle, Carmen, Natalie were familiar faces in the Harvest Room and Confederation lounge and now joined by Dew, Lelde and new assistant manager Nipun. Of course, Nella the #1 Clefs D'or in Edmonton never steers us wrong. And those are just the front of house this week; I'm sure there are many others behind the scenes that enables this team to deliver such consistent, fantastic service. You will never want for anything staying at The Mac!
