Joe and the team over at Toyota Simi Valley were an absolute pleasure to work with as I purchased my brand new 2020 RAV4 hybrid! The second I walked into the dealership I felt at home. I wanted to test drive the RAV4 and was still making a decision, narrowing down my vehicle selection. The team never pressured me to make a decision either way. They gave me the space I needed to come back with thoughtful questions and make the decision that was right for me. They always took time to address my questions, no matter what time of day I called or texted. We also connected on a personal level and they always remembered my name when I walked back into the dealership. Once I purchased the vehicle, they were flexible with me allowing me to come back and ask questions or receive a walk through on the features. They have really taken the time to help me on so many levels! Joe, Luis and the team at Simi Valley Toyota really made the car buying experience pleasurable and I would highly recommend them, whether you are looking to purchase a vehicle or receive maintenance.
