Worst experience with backpacker , will never plan...

Worst experience with backpacker , will never plan my future trip with them , they don't care for your comfort at all , all arrangements by their team are worst , their cab facilities are worst , they will leave you on road with your baggage.
They will get you travel with bus facilities for whole night , and in morning you will be having a walking city tour !!! Shocking. , How it's possible???
I want to ask from backpacker office , that if you are not dressed up not even refreshen up , how can you go for walking city tour . Pathetic
It's my suggestion not to plan your trip with they will spoil your holidays.
It's better to plan by yourself , but not plan with backpacker.
